Can I keep my current telephone number with a fibre connection?
Of course this is possible independently of your current operator! It is also possible to convert your POTS or ISDN telephony service to a digital VoIP connection, and you will be able to make cheap calls via the Internet in the future.
What is the minimum contract period for a fiber connection?
The minimum contract period is 24 months. However, we know that in certain cases this is simply too long.
In order to be able to cover our costs nevertheless, we therefore offer shorter terms, but these are associated with higher activation costs.
Default:
24 Months = 129€ Activation cost
Shorter Contract terms:
12 Months = 179€ Activation cost
6 Months = 229€ Activation cost
Can I get a fiber internet subscription for my address?

Can I have additional phone numbers?
You can book up to 7 additional phone numbers for 4€ per month each.
What is Pack Phone+?
Pack Phone+ includes the following goodies:
- Unlimited national 24/7 communications for calls made from the VO fixed network to all national fixed geographic numbers, excluding special service and fax numbers
- Unlimited calls 7/7 from 8 p.m. to 8 a.m., for calls made from the VO fixed network to all national mobile numbers, excluding special services and fax numbers.
- 120 minutes to landlines in more than 35 countries (5)

Yes. You have the following options:

Why is Fiber Regio not available at my address?
Fiber Regio is available in the regions where we have deployed our unbundled network. The footprint for Fiber Regio keeps growing so make sure to periodically recheck your address.
